The anime or manga is about a group of alien frogs from planet Keron being assign to invade and destroy Planet Earth or known as Pekapon in their language. Upon arriving on earth, the Keroro Platoon somehow got separated. Keroro lurked in the Hinata household until he was discovered by Natsumi and Fuyuki, after which he was captured. With the Kero Ball, his weapon, taken from him and his army having abandoned him, Keroro easily surrendered. The freeloader becomes troublesome for the Hinata Family. Each time he is found guilty of something, Natsumi physically abuses him to no end. But now, through being the housekeeper of the Hinata household, Keroro has become familiar to living an adventurous life on Earth.
Here are some brief explanations of the Keroro Platoon:
Sergeant Keroro
Green in color. Lazy and loves to collect Gunpla (Gundam models). Always gets into trouble and finding ways to get more money for his Gunpla collections.
Private Second Class Tamama
Black in color. Idolized Sergeant Keroro and he rely on pure energy in battle.
Corporal Giroro
Maroon in color. His is a weapon expertise but often aggravated and is short tempered.
Lance Corporal Dororo
Blue in color. His ninja and assassination skills make him a valuable member of the team.
Sergeant Major Kururu
Yellow in color. The brain of the platoon with an evil laughter. He mastermind battle strategies and creates invention for battle victories.
Each anime consists of 2 stories. The stories are short and funny. Every story is not related and continued so if you missed a part of two it will be fine. There are lots of episodes released but I am not sure of the total episodes. The songs are catchy and relaxing too. Some people might like it some might not .. so give it a try ?

Bowling King September 9, 2008

This is a Taiwanese comic about a boy named Shautieh Ley who basically knows nothing about bowling. He always get dumped by girls and one day he stumble upon a girl which he fell in love instantly and get himself into trouble with the mafias. Incidentally, her father owns a bowling alley and he begin to pick up bowling from there.
He always gets into trouble, plenty of drama guaranteed. He is also a genius and learns lots of bowling techniques by watching the pros bowl. He learns them instantly although not perfect and he has a tremendous strength on his left arm.
This comic is hilarious and you do not need to be in love with bowling to read it. The art is average but the plot of stories is interesting and plenty of dramas during competitions. It will ensure you plenty of laughter and fun reading it. One of the many mangas I highly recommend.
Yotsubato September 7, 2008

Yotsuba is centered on Yotsuba Koiwai, a five-year-old adopted girl who is energetic, cheerful, curious, odd, and quirky—so odd and quirky that even her own father calls her strange. She is also initially ignorant about many things a child her age would be expected to know, among them doorbells, escalators, air conditioners, and even playground swings. This naiveté is the premise of humorous stories where she learns about, and frequently misunderstands, everyday things.
At the start of the series, Yotsuba and her adoptive father, Koiwai, relocate to a new city with the help of Koiwai’s best friend, an impressively tall man nicknamed Jumbo. Yotsuba makes a strong impression on the three daughters of the neighboring Ayase family, Asagi, Fuka, and Ena, and many of her misadventures come from her interactions with them.
The series has no continuing plot—the focus of the stories is Yotsuba’s daily voyage of discovery. Many chapters take place on successive days, so that the series follows, almost literally, the characters’ daily lives. The tone can be summarized by the motto, used on chapter title pages and advertising, “Today is always the most enjoyable day” (いつでも今日が、いちばん楽しい日, Itsu de mo kyō ga, ichiban tanoshii hi?)
If you had a bad day, read a chapter or two. It will brighten your day up. I remember when I started reading it, I can’t stop reading and laughed until my stomach hurts. It is a definitely must read although it may seems a bit childish for boys.
